Referrals

Reports
Reports on all testing and visits of the patient to our facility will be sent to all referring medical professionals in a timely manner. These reports will include detailed description of testing, diagnosis and recommendations. All reports are completed and reviewed by a physician board certified in sleep medicine.
Treatment
University Services Sleep Disorders Centers can provide ongoing treatment services for your patients with sleep disorders. Consultations with physicians who wish to follow up on their own patients are also available. Referrals to other medical specialists who may be needed for proper treatment will be handled in conjunction with the referring physician.
